This week, we had the pleasure of speaking with Ketevan Khuskivadze, Head of Analytics Eurasia, based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
- What do you like most at BlueOrchard?
I like working in a positive and professional setting, where people treat each other with respect and work together and where there is a strong feeling of unity and teamwork. Doing meaningful work, where individuals actively contribute to making a positive difference, brings me a sense of purpose and satisfaction. By working together to make the world a slightly better place, this environment encourages everyone to have a shared purpose and motivates individuals to make a meaningful impact in the world.
- What is the most memorable experience you have made during your time at BO?
During my first field trip to India, I was truly impressed by the incredible diversity I encountered. The country’s unique pace of life, characterized by its sort of lack of organization, presented a very different environment. It was eye-opening to witness the daily struggles of individuals striving to provide their families with basic necessities. This experience served as a powerful reminder of the significant impact that BlueOrchard has made in improving accessibility to financial services for these communities. It was a remarkable opportunity to witness firsthand the positive change brought about by BlueOrchard’s contributions.
- What motivates you and what are you passionate about?
I strongly believe in the importance of self-motivation. It is ultimately our own responsibility to find the determination and inspiration that can last for a long time. For me, I find motivation in the beginning of a new day, the support of my family (even if my kids can be a bit challenging), and the satisfaction I get from my work. But what really drives me is the people around me. Their connections and the positive atmosphere they create constantly encourage me and push me forward on my path.
In addition, I really enjoy skiing and traveling. Doing both with my family brings me a lot of happiness and excitement. It gives me a boost of energy and creates amazing memories that I will never forget.
